"I'm able to train at home which allows me to spend more time with my family, more time with my boys and as well as allows me to safely lift correctly which helps me gain strength and keeps me injury free."

"I think it's really exciting to be able to instill a family culture of being healthy and lifelong skills that will really keep us, hopefully, living a very healthy life."
