THE BATTLE OF BICEPS
Challenge Details And Rules
1. Must use Major Fitness power rack or smith machine, try not to show other brand logos
2. No limit to the number of participants, anyone can participate.
3. In the Bicep Curl Challenge, participants must perform the Standing Straight Bar Cable Curl using one side of a Cable Pulley System (equipped with a Plate-Loaded pulley system) and a Straight Bar. They should employ 10 LB on the Lightning F35 (1:1 Pulley Ratio) or 20 LB on other power racks and Smith Machines (2:1 Pulley Ratio).
4. Record a video, the timing starts when the word “GO” appears in the video, ends after 60s, you can change people at any time during this period, calculate the number of actions within 60s; only one person can perform the action at the same time.
5. The one with the most number wins, the first place gets a $1500 cash reward, the second place gets a $1000 cash reward, the third place gets a $500 fitness reward; apart from the winning contestants, as long as the contest video complies with the rules, you will receive a $200 discount code reward.
VIDEO SUBMISSION STANDARDS
All video submissions must be uncut and unedited to accurately display the performance. Videos shot with a fish-eye lens or similar lenses may be rejected due to the visual distortion caused by these lenses. Ensure the sound is on during filming. Additionally, clear the area of any extra equipment, people, or other potential obstructions to ensure the video is clear.
1. All of the steps above should be done with the camera continuously running for the video to be accepted.
2. Failure to show these steps/items could make the video submission subject to rejection at the judges' discretion.

FAQs
Please do not use power racks or smith machines from other brands to participate in the challenge. However, you may use weight plates from other brands.
There is no limit to the number of participants, but there will be no time breaks when changing participants. The time must continue to count down.
No. Please use the straight bar as shown in the guide video to ensure fairness.
The challenge will end on March 15. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
1. These terms and conditions shall govern the terms of MAJOR FITNESS The Biceps Curls Challenge Campaign. MAJOR FITNESS reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, alter, modify, omit and/or vary any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice to the Participant and Participant shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof and any other Campaign specific terms and conditions issued by MAJOR FITNESS from time to time.
2. Registration for, participation in, and the submission of a completion video for The Biceps Curls Challenge must fully comply with its official rules and guidelines.
3. Entries will be judged based on the number of correctly performed biceps curls within the specified time frame. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
4. By submitting a video, participants grant the organizers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the submission (along with their names, voice, performance, and/or likeness) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation.
5. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur as a result of participating in the challenge.
6. Participants consent to the use of their personal data by the organizers for the purposes of administering the challenge.
7. By entering the challenge, participants acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
